No. Winter service uses a discounted per-visit rate for recurring snow removal. It is not a single payment covering the whole winter. One-time service uses a separate rate with no recurring commitment.
Seasonal service is billed per completed visit, and we typically return after approximately every 6 inches of additional accumulation. One-time pricing adjusts for the storm total: 7–11 inches adds 50%, while 12 inches or more adds 100%.
Yes. After you see your driveway price, you can add walkway clearing, step clearing, and a salt/sand mix for the areas you select. Each selected add-on is listed separately in your price summary.
Yes. The form asks about the driveway surface and slope, and the calculation reflects those selections. On unpaved surfaces, a thin layer of packed snow may remain to reduce displacement of gravel, dirt, or other surface material.
No. Instant refers to the price, not the arrival of a truck. After reviewing your price, you can request service and securely save a payment method. Service timing depends on the plan, weather, and provider availability.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed residential service, contact us within 24 hours. We will speak with you, understand the concern, and arrange to make it right at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the charge for the last completed plow associated with that storm.
Contact InstantPlow within 24 hours of the completion notice through the Customer Portal or the contact method shown in your service confirmation. We may ask for photos when reasonably available and will speak with you before arranging the next step.
