Payment Authorization

1. Authorization

By accepting this Payment Authorization, you authorize InstantPlow and its qualified third-party payment service providers to securely maintain the payment method you provide and to charge it for properly completed InstantPlow services under the pricing you accepted. InstantPlow does not need to name a particular payment processor in order to use a qualified provider.

2. Variable per-visit charges

Seasonal service is variable recurring billing, not a fixed monthly subscription. Each completed visit may be charged at the accepted per-visit price. The number of visits depends on weather and qualifying storms, so total seasonal charges vary. Selected add-ons may be charged at the pricing you accepted. One-time service may be charged after completion at the accepted price.

If the property, scope, or pricing materially changes, InstantPlow will communicate revised pricing before it applies to future services.

3. Payment method and failed payments

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, InstantPlow may retry the charge, notify you, request an updated payment method, and suspend future service until the account is brought current. Charges already earned for completed services remain due. We may send electronic confirmations or receipts.

4. Billing questions and cancellation

If you have a service or billing concern, please use the Customer Portal dispute process promptly so we can investigate before you pursue an external payment dispute when reasonably possible. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

This authorization remains in effect while you maintain active service. Cancelling service or revoking future authorization prevents future charges as applicable, but does not remove charges already earned for completed work.
