1. Cancelling future service

You may cancel future service at any time through the Customer Portal or another method InstantPlow designates. Cancellation is prospective. There is no cancellation fee for seasonal service, and completed or unpaid services remain due.

2. Service already dispatched or underway

If a provider has already been dispatched, arrived, or begun the requested service, InstantPlow may complete and charge for that service. For a one-time request, cancellation before dispatch or work generally may be made without charge. We do not use a rigid hourly cancellation cutoff because storm conditions and routing vary.

3. Service-quality concerns

Report a service-quality concern through the Customer Portal within 24 hours after completion. If InstantPlow determines that service was materially deficient, the normal remedy is a corrective return at no additional charge. We may instead refund the applicable service charge when we determine that is the appropriate resolution.

4. Refunds

A refund may be appropriate for a materially deficient service, an incorrect or duplicate charge, a refund selected instead of corrective work, or another circumstance where InstantPlow determines a refund is appropriate. Approved refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary.

A properly performed service does not become refundable merely because conditions change after completion. Examples include new snowfall, municipal plow deposits, drifting, packed snow, ice where deicing was not selected, reasonable snow placement, a customer-created access obstruction, severe-weather delay, service near rather than exactly at a preferred completion time, or areas outside the mapped service area.

5. Property damage and InstantPlow cancellation

Property-damage reports are separate from ordinary service-refund requests. Please submit them through the Customer Portal within 24 hours after completion with supporting details or photos when reasonably available.

InstantPlow may cancel or terminate future service by email notice. We will not charge for an unperformed service merely because InstantPlow cancelled it.
